Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific hardware item.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
