How do I register my new Universal Audio device?
To register your device, download and install the UA Connect application or the UAD Software. Once logged in, connect your hardware via USB or Thunderbolt, and the system will guide you through the registration and plug-in activation process.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for hardware products purchased directly from our store, provided they are in original packaging and like-new condition. Please note that bundled software licenses are non-transferable once activated.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all new Universal Audio hardware comes with a limited 1-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Do I need an internet connection to use my UAD plug-ins?
An internet connection is required for initial authorization and periodic license refreshes. However, once authorized, your hardware-accelerated UAD plug-ins can be used offline with your DSP-accelerated interface.
